E Commerce Growth Specialist

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the day‑to‑day owner of the eCommerce storefront, setting the roadmap for UX, search, navigation, and merchandising.
  • Curate, optimize, and expand a 2,000+ SKU digital catalog, ensuring every listing meets brand standards for imagery, specifications, pricing, and keywords.
  • Analyze click‑stream, funnel, and sales data to surface growth opportunities, then run rapid experiments to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with agency partners on SEO, SEM, email, and paid media campaigns that reach industrial buyers researching pneumatic and fluid solutions.
  • Monitor competitor assortment, pricing, and promotions across distributors and marketplaces, making data‑driven adjustments to stay ahead.
  • Coordinate with Product, Operations, and Customer Service teams to guarantee accurate inventory, lead times, and post‑purchase experience.
  • Track channel KPIs and present concise weekly dashboards and insights to the Portfolio Director and executive leadership.


Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or online sales, preferably within industrial or B2B environments.
  • Proven history managing product catalogs, pricing, and content in a mainstream commerce platform (Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and tactics that generate qualified traffic.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) or similar tools; able to translate data into clear action plans.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple priorities, and comfort working cross‑functionally in a growing organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field preferred.
  • Growth‑minded, inquisitive, and collaborative; welcomes constructive input and champions continuous improvement.

Preferred Plus

  • Background in compressed air, piping, HVAC, or industrial distribution.
  • Experience inside PE-backed or other high-growth, lean organizations.
  • MBA or other advanced business training.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, modern ERP, and e-commerce platforms.
