Architectural Designer

Location: On-site, Anaheim, CA

Focus

• Assist project teams with architectural design, drafting, and coordination throughout multiple project phases.
• Develop design documentation, detailed plans, and project deliverables utilizing professional architectural design tools.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and internal project teams to support successful project execution.
• Participate in quality reviews to help maintain drawing accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards.
• Research applicable building codes, regulations, and design requirements to support project development.
• Maintain organized project documentation, schedules, and design files throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in project discussions and contribute to coordination efforts throughout the design process.
• Stay current with architectural trends, building technologies, and evolving industry best practices.

Skill Set

• Two or more years of experience supporting architectural design projects, with additional experience strongly preferred.
• Education in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related discipline is preferred. Equivalent technical training or relevant drafting credentials will also be considered.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit is required.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Bluebeam is highly desirable.
• Highly organized with the ability to produce accurate, well-managed project documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work successfully within cross functional project teams.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles or green building practices is considered a plus.
