  • Partner with leadership to roll out a performance-management framework, including goal setting, feedback cadence, and career-pathing resources.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations, preparing documentation for terminations, EEOC matters, and workers-comp cases.
  • Evaluate and implement HRIS and other scalable systems that streamline data accuracy, reporting, and employee self-service.
  • Lead benefits open enrollment, liaise with brokers and vendors, and deliver compensation and benefits insights to leadership.
  • Track HR metrics (turnover, engagement, time-to-fill, etc.) and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Champion a transparent, performance-driven culture through communication initiatives, engagement programs, and manager coaching.

Preferred Profile

  • 3–8 years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience in fast-paced, non-union environments; logistics or transportation exposure is a plus.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience introducing or optimizing HRIS platforms and related workflows.
  • History of guiding front-line managers through feedback conversations, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and common HR systems; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High ownership mentality, excellent interpersonal communication, and the ability to thrive in a hands-on, builder environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive compensation plus comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday on site (core hours approximately 7 a.m.–4:30 p.m.).
  • Work Environment: Newly renovated headquarters featuring standing desks, wellness amenities, stocked kitchen, and collaborative team spaces.
