Project Manager – Data Center Construction

Location: Remote, Nationwide (Travel Required)

Focus

• Lead all phases of commercial and data center construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure successful project performance.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and vendor relationships.
• Review, negotiate, and manage change orders while maintaining project cost controls.
• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and resource planning to support on time delivery.
• Build strong relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve schedule, cost, and operational challenges.
• Lead regular project meetings while communicating status updates to key stakeholders.
• Support field leadership to ensure quality, safety, and operational excellence throughout project execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve project processes, efficiency, and overall performance.

Skill Set

• Project management experience within commercial construction and data center construction environments.
• Demonstrated success managing construction budgets, contracts, project financials, and change management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide cross functional project teams.
• Experience developing and maintaining detailed construction schedules.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Background supervising project teams while driving accountability and performance.
• Experience with budget tracking, forecasting, inventory coordination, and operational planning.
• Strong problem solving skills with the ability to balance quality, schedule, and cost objectives.
• Ability to travel to project sites throughout the United States as business needs require.
