Senior MEP Construction Superintendent
Location: Remote / Nationwide
A national engineering‑construction firm across critical infrastructure, data center, healthcare, and industrial sectors is seeking a results‑oriented Senior MEP Construction Superintendent to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across multi‑site projects throughout the U.S. This role offers autonomy, technical challenge, and the chance to be a linchpin on signature programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end field delivery of MEP systems across multiple U.S. sites, ensuring alignment with design, schedule, and budget.
- Work hand-in-glove with project leadership to establish resource plans, forecasting, and execution strategies.
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, trade partners, and field personnel to achieve quality and schedule targets.
- Uphold site safety, regulatory compliance, and best practices across trades and disciplines.
- Act as the central liaison between design teams, project leadership, and contractors to address field issues and change orders.
- ·Track cost, labor productivity, materials, and logistics; provide regular status reporting to stakeholders.
- Drive execution through conflict resolution, schedule recovery plans, and proactive monitoring.
- Support project closeout with punch list completion, final inspections, documentation, and client turnover.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of field leadership experience in MEP systems on mid- to large-scale projects.
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, and related systems.
- Proven track record of supervising multi-trade execution, managing change events, and maintaining quality control.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
- Comfortable traveling frequently across the U.S. (50‑80 % typical) and managing remote field teams.
- Strong communicator, decisive leader, and adept at mentoring and resolving field-level conflicts.
- Familiarity with safety protocols, regulatory code compliance, and construction scheduling tools.
