General Purpose of the Position

Lead the accounting function and provide accurate, timely financial information to senior leadership and key stakeholders to support strategic decision-making. Serve as a financial business partner while maintaining strong internal controls and supporting organizational growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including monthly financial reporting, annual audits, and budgeting.
• Manage treasury and cash management activities.
• Oversee facilities-related financial administration, business travel, and workers’ compensation administration, excluding health benefits.
• Provide payroll backup support as needed.
• Prepare quarterly consolidation packages and collaborate with affiliated entities to ensure accuracy and alignment.
• Drive operational cost-containment initiatives.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense reporting, payroll tax compliance, and cash management.
• Ensure timely collection and application of customer payments and accurate financial recordkeeping.
• Support corporate income tax compliance and maximize available tax advantages.
• Establish and maintain systems and internal controls that ensure financial integrity and data accuracy.
• Comply with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Skills and Abilities

• Strong knowledge of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, income tax, and banking.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Computer Skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and modern accounting and ERP systems.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, with at least five years of accounting management experience.
