Accounting & Analysis Manager

A growing product-based organization is seeking an Accounting and Analysis Manager to help lead day-to-day accounting operations while bringing stronger visibility to financial performance across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance leader who enjoys balancing core accounting responsibilities with practical analysis, process improvement, and cross functional partnership. Key Responsibilities

• Lead month end and year end accounting activities and support timely, accurate financial reporting
• Oversee general ledger activity, reconciliations, and overall account integrity
• Review financial information and help identify trends, variances, and performance drivers
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis for planning and decision making
• Partner with operational and business leaders to improve reporting clarity and financial visibility
• Help strengthen internal controls, policies, and reporting workflows
• Coach and support accounting team members while promoting accountability and continuous improvement
• Assist with audit support, compliance activities, and special projects as needed

Desired Background

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• Several years of progressive experience in accounting, financial analysis, or related finance functions
• Prior experience leading or mentoring others in an accounting environment
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting fundamentals
• Experience working with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Ability to analyze data, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced setting
• Exposure to manufacturing, product analysis and cost accounting required
• CPA or CMA is a plus, but not required
