Focus

• Design, configure, and implement scalable business applications using a modern configurable software platform.
• Translate customer business requirements into efficient, maintainable technical solutions.
• Develop integrations with enterprise applications utilizing REST APIs, SOAP services, webhooks, and ETL technologies.
• Create reusable solution components that improve development efficiency and long term platform scalability.
• Model complex business data, including schemas, relationships, taxonomies, and relational database structures.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze workflows and recommend technical improvements.
• Maintain solution quality through architecture reviews, testing, documentation, and continuous optimization.
• Contribute to development standards, platform governance, and solution architecture best practices.
• Become a trusted technical resource capable of independently delivering customer solutions within the first several months.

Skill Set

• Experience developing solutions on configurable or low code platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Appian, Alteryx, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture principles and scalable application design.
• Hands on experience with relational databases, SQL, and enterprise data modeling.
• Experience integrating applications using REST APIs, SOAP services, webhooks, or ETL technologies.
• Knowledge of role based and attribute based security models, including RBAC and ABAC concepts.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to work directly with customers and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical and business process challenges.
• Self-motivated professional who can quickly learn new technologies and work independently.
• High level of professionalism, reliability, organization, and punctuality.
• Experience supporting procurement, sourcing, supply chain, manufacturing, or enterprise operations environments is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Industry certifications related to enterprise software platforms or low code technologies are a plus.
