Location: Hybrid – Arizona


A rapidly scaling player in the real estate investment sector is expanding its sales team and hiring a motivated Inside Sales Representative to convert high-volume leads into closed deals. This is a hybrid role that offers a unique path to six-figure earnings for performance-driven sales professionals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the frontline voice for buyers and sellers interested in real estate investment services.
  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism, persuasion, and a focus on results.
  • Leverage provided scripts, CRM tools, and compliance frameworks to drive customer conversions.
  • Close deals by qualifying leads, identifying value-add solutions, and guiding prospects through the sales process.
  • Collaborate closely with licensing and compliance teams to ensure proper credentials are obtained and maintained.


Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record in high-volume inside sales roles such as mortgage, insurance, or real estate.
  • Adept at handling objections, managing sales conversations, and building rapport over the phone.
  •  Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment where compensation is directly tied to output.
  • Strong sense of urgency, professional integrity, and desire to exceed monthly targets.
  • Real estate license preferred, but not required at time of hire – must be willing to obtain during ramp-up period (paid by company).
