Senior Project Manager
Location: On-site in Dallas, TX

A privately held, growth focused real estate development and construction organization is adding a Senior Project Manager to support major mixed-use, multifamily, and vertical construction projects in Dallas. This is a high impact role for a leader who enjoys owning complex work from early planning through closeout, partnering with executive leadership, and helping shape standout projects in a fast-moving environment. The right person will bring a strong command of large-scale vertical construction, a steady leadership style, and the ability to keep teams aligned around schedule, cost, quality, and execution.
What You Will Do
- Lead day to day execution of large ground up building projects from preconstruction through owner turnover.
- Guide budgeting, procurement, schedule control, forecasting, and reporting to keep complex projects progressing as planned.
- Partner with field leadership, design partners, accounting, and company leadership to address issues early and maintain strong communication.
- Manage subcontractor coordination, scope alignment, change management, and project documentation across active phases.
- Support jobsite planning, sequencing, and operational decision making for sophisticated vertical construction efforts.
- Represent the project team with owners, consultants, inspectors, and local stakeholders in a polished and professional manner.
- Coach junior project staff and help foster a collaborative, accountable, solutions focused team culture.
- Use construction technology platforms to manage schedules, drawing workflows, project controls, and closeout activities.
What You Bring
- Significant experience leading large commercial or mixed use construction projects.
- Background managing projects in the 100 million dollar plus range.
- Strong understanding of vertical construction systems, with high rise experience strongly valued.
- Track record of navigating both preconstruction and active field execution with confidence.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem solving skills.
- Comfort working in a lean team structure with visibility to senior leadership.
- Experience with tools such as Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
