Senior Vulnerability Researcher (Offensive Security)

Focus:
- Investigate and analyze newly disclosed and undiscovered vulnerabilities across software ecosystems
- Perform reverse engineering on binaries, protocols, and file formats to uncover security weaknesses
- Develop and validate proof-of-concept exploits to demonstrate risk and impact
- Produce clear, actionable technical documentation on vulnerabilities and attack vectors
- Track emerging threats through industry publications, research communities, and intelligence sources
- Build and enhance tools to streamline vulnerability research and reverse engineering workflows
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to improve detection and mitigation strategies
Skill Set:
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP IP and related protocols
- Experience with reverse engineering across architectures such as x86, ARM, or others
- Proficiency with tools such as IDA Pro, Ghidra, Binary Ninja, WinDbg, gdb, LLDB, or Wireshark
- Programming experience in at least two languages such as C, C++, Python, Java, or similar
- Ability to analyze exploit techniques and bypass mitigation controls such as ASLR and DEP
- Familiarity with operating system internals across multiple platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting and collaboration
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience developing reliable exploit code across various vulnerability types
- Self-directed mindset with the ability to operate independently in a research-driven environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred, but not required
