Test & Measurement Sales Engineer – Eastern US
Location: Remote – Eastern United States (25–40 percent travel)

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical sales lead throughout complex, consultative sales cycles, guiding customers from discovery to proof-of-concept demonstrations and post-sale success.
- Translate customer test requirements into detailed hardware-and-software configurations in partnership with application engineering and product management teams.
- Build and execute strategic account plans, maintain a healthy pipeline, and provide accurate revenue forecasting to leadership.
- Deliver live and virtual product demos that address customer pain points, emphasizing measurable ROI.
- Conduct customer and partner training sessions and represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
- Act as the primary technical liaison, coordinating field-service, support, and roadmap feedback to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date domain knowledge of GNSS, PNT, RF, and digital signal-test technologies, as well as competitive offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline; master’s preferred.
- Five or more years in technical sales, pre-sales, or systems engineering for electronic test, measurement, or RF instrumentation.
- Demonstrated success selling high-value capital equipment using a consultative approach.
- Working knowledge of GNSS/PNT concepts, RF signal generation and analysis, or closely related test domains.
- Strong presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills; able to engage engineering and executive audiences alike.
- US citizenship with the ability to obtain and hold a federal security clearance, as required by certain customers.
- Willingness to travel across Eastern US as business needs dictate (roughly 25–40 percent).
Preferred Extras
- Familiarity with defense acquisition lifecycles and government test standards.
- Experience scripting or automating test systems (Python, C++, or similar).
- Prior success supporting large integrators, federal agencies, or prime contractors.
