Event Coordinator
Location: On-site in Dallas, TX
Our client is a fast-growing infrastructure organization building momentum in one of the country’s most important technology markets. They are looking for an Event Coordinator who can help bring that growth story to life through polished event execution, strong internal coordination, and a customer first mindset. The Event Coordinator will support local programs that build brand visibility, help commercial teams stay organized around follow up and reporting, and contribute to a seamless experience for both prospective and existing customers.

Focus
- Plan and execute regional events, trade associations, partner programs, and executive speaking opportunities that support awareness and business development.
- Coordinate registrations, sponsorships, vendors, schedules, attendee logistics, and post event communication to keep programs organized and measurable.
- Help support outreach and campaign follow through, including routing interest to the appropriate team members and maintaining accurate activity tracking.
- Serve as a dependable point of contact for day-to-day customer needs related to onboarding, service updates, renewals, documentation, and internal coordination.
- Partner with operations and finance to help move new business from agreement through launch readiness and early account setup.
- Track account activity, follow up items, referral relationships, and expansion opportunities while helping maintain a high touch customer experience.
- Maintain strong internal communication around upcoming events, staffing needs, timelines, and follow up actions.
- Contribute to a polished and responsive market presence by keeping details moving and helping teams stay aligned.
Skill Set
- Experience in event coordination, marketing support, account coordination, customer success, or a related business facing role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Comfort working across sales, operations, and administrative functions.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, service-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage follow up, documentation, and timelines with a high level of accuracy.
- Confidence handling both planned activities and fast-moving day-to-day requests.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work well in an onsite, team driven environment.
Preferred Background
- Experience supporting B2B events, field marketing, partnerships, or customer facing coordination.
- Exposure to infrastructure, technology services, real estate, industrial services, or another relationship driven industry is helpful.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and post event reporting is a plus.
