Western Regional Sales Manager
Location: Remote, United States (West Coast residency required)

What You Will Do
- Drive revenue growth across the Western region through strategic account development and new business acquisition
- Build and maintain strong relationships with integrators, dealers, and industry partners
- Deliver product demonstrations, trainings, and presentations to support adoption and engagement
- Manage and coach an established network of independent sales representatives to maximize performance
- Execute regional sales strategies, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Serve as a trusted advisor on integrated lighting and control solutions for project-based environments
- Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Collaborate cross functionally to resolve customer challenges and enhance the overall experience
- Provide market intelligence and field insights to influence product and go to market strategy
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive positioning

Qualifications
- 2 or more years of experience in sales, preferably within lighting, controls, or related technology
- Experience working with integrators, dealers, or design-oriented customers preferred
- Working knowledge of lighting systems and controls technologies is highly desirable
- Familiarity with protocols such as DMX, DALI, or similar systems is a plus
- Willingness to travel approximately 60 to 70 percent within the Western region
- Must reside on the West Coast near a major metro area
