Print Production Coordinator

What You’ll Do 

• Serve as the point person linking customers, engravers, and pressroom teams from quote to press run 
• Inspect digital proofs and samples for color, layout, dieline fit, and press specifications 
• Issue setup sheets with cylinder or plate counts, ink call-outs, and machine settings 
• Order and track cylinders, bases, plates, and other tooling, maintaining an accurate library 
• Manage change requests, version control, and timelines, updating all stakeholders 
• Capture run data, assist root-cause analysis, and drive corrective actions to boost first-pass yield 
• Visit customer or vendor sites as needed to troubleshoot and strengthen partnerships 
• Promote safety and 5S best practices across the production floor 

Required Qualifications 

• High-school diploma required; degree in Graphic Communications or similar preferred. 
• 3+ years in gravure, flexo, offset, or packaging environments coordinating artwork for production 
• Proven experience moving jobs between customers, pre-press vendors, and press teams 
• Strong grasp of color theory, Pantone systems, and proof review 
• Familiarity with cylinders, plates, dielines, and job tickets 
• Excellent project-management and multitasking abilities 
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, online proofing tools, and ERP/MIS software
