Solutions Architect

Remote | Nationwide

A leading company is expanding quickly and seeking a skilled Solutions Architect to spearhead ERP transformations on the Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) platform. You will translate big-picture business goals into scalable application architectures, guide customers through complex change, and serve as the go-to authority on CSI best practices. If you enjoy variety, customer-facing impact, and the freedom to work anywhere in the U S while traveling to client sites about half the time, this growth role was designed for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery workshops to uncover operational, financial, and supply-chain requirements, then craft an actionable Business Blueprint that maps processes to CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) capabilities.
  • Design end-to-end application and data architectures, including multi-site deployments, integrations, and migration strategies, ensuring reliability and ROI for mid-market manufacturers.
  • Configure CSI parameters, codes, and reporting frameworks; supervise data conversion and cut-over activities in concert with project managers.
  • Provide hands-on mentorship to consultants during implementations and act as a critical escalation resource in pre-sales and post-go-live scenarios.
  • Champion continuous improvement by documenting repeatable best practices, delivering internal training, and identifying cross-sell / up-sell opportunities that drive additional value for customers.

Required Background

  • 7 + years leading ERP or MES implementations, with 3 + years as a consultant on Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine/CSI) projects.
  • Proven expertise aligning manufacturing operations and financial workflows with enterprise systems; comfortable white-boarding solutions from shop floor to C-suite.
  • Track record architecting integrations (APIs, ETL, reporting) across CRM, PLM, WMS, or CPQ domains.
  • Polished communication skills and the situational leadership to influence users, executives, and delivery teams alike.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Ability to travel up to 50 % based on customer needs; otherwise work remotely from any U S location.

What’s in It for You

  • Competitive base compensation plus performance-based bonus and full benefits package.
  • Nationwide flexibility: Work from home when not on-site with clients.
  • Shape the Future: Be part of a dynamic consulting firm that's revolutionizing its CloudSuite Industrial practice and make your mark on strategy, tech, and workplace vibe from the get-go.
  • Visible client outcomes: See your architectures power smarter decisions and measurable efficiency gains for manufacturers across North America.
