Key Responsibilities:

• Draft compelling legal memoranda, pleadings, and motions across a diverse caseload.
• Manage discovery, including written requests and document reviews, with increasing autonomy.
• Collaborate on depositions, hearings, and court appearances across state and federal venues.
• Strategically handle assigned cases from start to finish, with mentorship and team collaboration.
• Contribute to case preparation, research, and legal strategies with a proactive, client-first mindset.

Skills & Experience:

• 2–4 years of litigation experience with exposure to insurance defense, regulatory matters, or commercial disputes preferred.
• Strong legal writing and research abilities; familiarity with both Arizona and federal court systems is a plus.
• Demonstrated initiative and professionalism when handling complex legal matters.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail and deadlines.
