Divisional Sales Manager

Location: Remote with frequent travel in assigned region

What You Will Do

  • Lead a multi-state sales team across the South and Gulf Coast markets, driving performance against revenue, distribution, and profitability targets.
  • Direct and develop frontline sales leaders and channel facing team members through regular coaching, field travel, performance conversations, and talent development.
  • Translate market trends, retailer feedback, and distributor insights into practical sales plans that expand share and improve execution.
  • Use CRM activity, pipeline visibility, and account data to strengthen customer retention, identify whitespace opportunities, and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Partner with senior leadership on pricing, promotion, and go to market priorities that support sustainable regional growth.
  • Build relationships with wholesale and distributor partners, while also supporting efforts to win new business and deepen existing account penetration.
  • Maintain strong visibility into competitive activity, local market movement, and customer needs in order to adjust strategy quickly and effectively.
  • Foster a high accountability culture built on trust, consistency, urgency, and team minded execution.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Five or more years of leadership experience in sales, field execution, or regional account management.
  • Prior exposure to convenience retail, beverage, tobacco, foodservice, CPG, or comparable high-velocity consumer markets is a plus
  • Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop a geographically dispersed team.
  • Strong commercial judgment with experience in forecasting, account planning, and performance management.
  • Comfortable working cross functionally with leadership, distribution partners, and field teams.
  • Skilled in CRM usage, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Self-directed, adaptable, and energized by a fast paced, field focused sales environment.
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned region.
