This opportunity is well suited for a hands-on leader who can balance people leadership with business performance. The right person will bring strong operational judgment, comfort in a field service setting, and the ability to raise accountability while supporting a responsive, safety focused culture.
What You Will Do
- Lead day to day branch performance across two major coastal service hubs, balancing customer response, field execution, and financial results.
- Guide supervisors, coordinators, and field personnel toward higher productivity, stronger planning, and consistent service quality.
- Improve operating rhythm through practical KPIs, better scheduling, cleaner workflows, and follow through on commitments.
- Partner with commercial and technical stakeholders to support revenue growth, margin improvement, and customer retention.
- Maintain high standards for safety, readiness, documentation, and regulatory compliance in a service environment with little room for error.
- Build an accountable team culture through hiring, coaching, feedback, and performance management.
- Oversee resource planning, parts and equipment readiness, and service delivery across inspection, maintenance, and repair activity.
- Step into issues quickly, resolve customer escalations professionally, and keep the organization focused on reliable execution.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in a service-based business with responsibility for people, performance, and operating results.
- Experience leading field teams, branch operations, technical service groups, or distributed service functions.
- Strong working knowledge of scheduling, labor utilization, customer support, and branch level execution.
- Track record of improving processes, raising accountability, and helping teams perform at a higher level.
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, margins, or broader business performance metrics.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with employees, customers, and leadership partners.
- Comfort working in a regulated, compliance focused, or safety sensitive environment.
- Industry background in marine services, fire and life safety, technical inspection, industrial services, or a related field is strongly valued.
Why Consider This Role
This position offers the chance to lead visible operations in two important markets, influence the next phase of growth, and make a direct impact on service quality, team performance, and customer experience. It is an opportunity for a practical operator to step into a meaningful leadership seat and help shape a stronger, more scalable business.
