Electrical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead electrical scope execution across all phases of construction, from preconstruction through project closeout
• Support early-stage planning efforts including subcontractor selection, cost analysis, scheduling, and procurement strategy
• Coordinate with internal teams and trade partners to ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and technical requirements
• Manage subcontractor performance, contracts, change orders, and progress tracking
• Oversee project financials including budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and invoice approvals
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project milestones and quality standards are achieved
• Guide and mentor project team members while fostering a collaborative jobsite environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent field experience
• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience in commercial construction with a focus on electrical systems
• Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles, financial management, and subcontractor coordination
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex builds with multiple stakeholders

Preferred Experience:

• Background supporting mission critical or data center construction projects
• Familiarity with commissioning processes and phased system turnover
• Experience working with structured procedures for critical system operations
• Proven ability to manage highly technical electrical infrastructure projects
