Electrical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical scope execution across all phases of construction, from preconstruction through project closeout
- Support early-stage planning efforts including subcontractor selection, cost analysis, scheduling, and procurement strategy
- Coordinate with internal teams and trade partners to ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and technical requirements
- Manage subcontractor performance, contracts, change orders, and progress tracking
- Oversee project financials including budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and invoice approvals
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project milestones and quality standards are achieved
- Guide and mentor project team members while fostering a collaborative jobsite environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent field experience
- Minimum of 4 years of project management experience in commercial construction with a focus on electrical systems
- Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles, financial management, and subcontractor coordination
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex builds with multiple stakeholders
Preferred Experience:
- Background supporting mission critical or data center construction projects
- Familiarity with commissioning processes and phased system turnover
- Experience working with structured procedures for critical system operations
- Proven ability to manage highly technical electrical infrastructure projects
