Focus
- Lead the on-site architectural function for complex healthcare and specialty care environments across planning, documentation, and construction administration.

Skill Set
- Licensed Architect required, NCARB certification preferred.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited program.
- Approximately 12 or more years of architecture experience, including substantial exposure to healthcare projects.
- Demonstrated success leading teams, improving processes, and driving consistent project delivery.
- Strong command of Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and related architectural production tools.
- Working familiarity with modern visualization, capture, or field technology is valued.
- Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to coach others while maintaining high standards.
- Experience partnering with both internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced project setting.
