Account Manager

Focus:
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise-level customer accounts, focusing on long-term relationship building and revenue expansion.
- Engage warm leads and existing opportunities, closing deals through value-based selling and customer education.
- Provide consistent, high-touch account management as the main liaison between the client and internal departments.
- Promote a diverse product line including servers, storage, networking hardware, and value-added services such as extended warranties and hosting.
- Build and manage a dynamic sales pipeline with a focus on accurate forecasting and performance metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including logistics, operations, and finance to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Represent the voice of the customer, advocating for needs and feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings.
Skill Set:
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience, ideally in the IT, data center, or hardware sectors.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Familiarity with enterprise IT infrastructure or related services (e.g., ITAD, refurbished technology, secure hosting) is a strong plus.
- Relationship-driven sales mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
