What You Will Do
- Oversee the daily rhythm of a high-activity service department, balancing customer experience, team output, and departmental performance
- Lead, coach, and develop frontline service personnel and technicians, reinforcing accountability and career growth
- Use operating metrics to spot trends, remove bottlenecks, and improve hours sold, repair order flow, labor performance, and retention
- Work closely with cross-functional leaders to keep parts availability, communication, and handoffs aligned
- Step in on escalated client concerns with professionalism, urgency, and sound judgment
- Strengthen training, consistency, and process discipline to support a polished, high-trust customer environment
- Uphold safety, policy, and documentation standards across service operations
