A growing automotive retail organization is seeking a hands-on Service Director to lead a high-visibility fixed operations team in Greenville. What You Will Do

  • Oversee the daily rhythm of a high-activity service department, balancing customer experience, team output, and departmental performance
  • Lead, coach, and develop frontline service personnel and technicians, reinforcing accountability and career growth
  • Use operating metrics to spot trends, remove bottlenecks, and improve hours sold, repair order flow, labor performance, and retention
  • Work closely with cross-functional leaders to keep parts availability, communication, and handoffs aligned
  • Step in on escalated client concerns with professionalism, urgency, and sound judgment
  • Strengthen training, consistency, and process discipline to support a polished, high-trust customer environment
  • Uphold safety, policy, and documentation standards across service operations
  • Build a department culture centered on urgency, follow-through, teamwork, and measurable improvement
