About the Role
As the National Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing relationships with major accounts across the agricultural sector. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who can build trust, offer consultative marketing solutions, and close large-scale deals. You will be selling a portfolio of integrated marketing offerings with a heavy emphasis on digital—targeting outcomes like brand visibility, lead generation, and ROI improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire and grow relationships with key enterprise clients in the agriculture industry.
- Sell a comprehensive suite of integrated marketing solutions with a strong emphasis on digital products (SEO, PPC, SEM, programmatic advertising).
- Tailor consultative sales strategies to meet each client’s goals and deliver measurable results.
- Close complex deals, manage contract negotiations, and drive long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless onboarding, service delivery, and ongoing client success.
- Represent the company at national industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in national or enterprise-level sales with a focus on digital marketing solutions.
- Demonstrated success in building strategic partnerships and closing six-figure deals.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and proactive approach to client development.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising tactics and analytics.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely while maintaining strong client and team engagement.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
