Sales Manager, Data, Wireless and Security Solutions

Location: Remote, Nationwide


A fast-growing technology solutions provider is expanding its commercial leadership team and seeking a high-impact sales leader to help scale national growth across data infrastructure, wireless communications, and security-focused offerings. What You Will Do

  • Lead a remote sales organization focused on business technology solutions across wireless, data, and security categories
  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop sales talent while reinforcing performance expectations and career growth.
  • Build operating rhythm around pipeline reviews, forecast accuracy, territory planning, and team accountability
  • Partner with senior leadership to align headcount strategy, market priorities, and revenue objectives
  • Support sellers in navigating complex customer opportunities involving recurring services, project work, and solution-based engagements
  • Strengthen relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal teams to improve retention and drive expansion opportunities
  • Monitor business performance against monthly and quarterly goals, identifying risks early and driving corrective action
  • Promote a disciplined, service-oriented sales culture centered on execution, responsiveness, and continuous improvement


What You Bring

  • Proven success in sales leadership within a consultative, business-to-business environment
  • Experience managing and developing sellers across technical, infrastructure, or solution-based offerings
  • Strong background in forecasting, pipeline management, coaching, and performance leadership
  • Ability to drive results in a fast-changing, growth-stage environment
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and customer-facing teams
  • Comfort leading distributed teams in a remote setting
  • Background in wireless, network infrastructure, electronic security, low voltage, or related solution areas is strongly preferred
  • High level of professionalism, urgency, and customer focus

Preferred Profile

  • Experience leading multi-state or national sales coverage models
  • Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with operations, service, and executive leadership
  • Track record of building structure and consistency within growing sales organizations
