This company is all about nailing top-notch electrical projects in huge data centers and other high-stakes settings, setting the bar high for quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on advanced electrical systems supporting the digital economy, with strong backing from a company that values integrity, innovation, and technical precision.

As a QA/QC Technician, you’ll serve as a key quality advocate across the project lifecycle—from installation to testing—ensuring compliance with stringent industry standards and project specifications. This is a remote position with potential travel to project sites across the United States, providing exposure to state-of-the-art electrical installations at the core of the mission-critical infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and maintain electrical quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) protocols across complex infrastructure projects.
  • Conduct detailed inspections of electrical components, systems, and installations to verify alignment with regulatory and project-specific requirements.
  • Dive into hands-on electrical testing and validation, guaranteeing installed systems are safe, rock-solid, and firing on all cylinders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results, testing reports, and any non-conformance records for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor regulatory compliance at the local, state, and national levels to support consistent project approval and commissioning.
  • Team up with the project squad to squash quality issues ASAP, minimizing redo's and keeping the project on track.
  • Provide on-the-ground support and guidance to field teams to uphold company-wide quality and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of QA/QC experience in an electrical construction or industrial setting preferred.
  • Background in Electrical Engineering, Quality Control, or a related technical discipline (degree preferred).
  • Strong command of NEC codes, safety regulations, and industry QA/QC best practices.
  • Skilled in electrical testing tools, measurement equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, and reporting capabilities.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across distributed teams.
  • Demonstrated commitment to precision, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

What’s in It for You:

  • Fully remote work environment with project-based travel.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
  • 6 paid holidays and generous paid time off (PTO) policy.
  • Receive a free 4% retirement boost with our 401(k) plan – with a match of your contributions dollar for dollar.
  • Prioritizing pro dev, top-notch training, and a safety-first vibe.
  • Join a company known for leading by example, doing what’s right, and making an impact in high-demand sectors like energy, technology, and infrastructure.

This is more than just a job—it's a chance to be part of something larger. If you're passionate about quality work, high standards, and helping power the future of digital infrastructure, we want to hear from you.
