The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting and executing outbound sales strategy, thrives in early-stage dynamics, and excels in navigating multi-stakeholder sales processes. This person will not only close deals, but also help shape the go-to-market playbook for years to come.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales cycle from outbound prospecting and discovery through close, targeting vertical SaaS businesses and strategic partners.
  • Craft compelling narratives that simplify complex technical solutions for executive-level buyers (CEO, CFO, Head of Payments/Product).
  • Drive customer acquisition by partnering with internal teams on messaging, positioning, and product feedback.
  • Develop and iterate a scalable sales process and GTM strategy in collaboration with the founding team.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across marketing, product, and operations to ensure an aligned buyer journey.
  • Navigate long sales cycles (90–180 days) using social selling, strategic outreach, and consultative discovery.
  • Deliver insights back to product and leadership, helping to inform the roadmap with market-driven intelligence.
  • Maintain pipeline integrity using modern CRM tools and reporting best practices.
  • Represent the organization at key industry events and conferences to enhance brand presence and pipeline development.


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, with 3+ years focused on SaaS in high ACV environments.
  • Proven track record building and optimizing full-cycle sales processes from the ground up.
  • Background selling into mid-market and enterprise clients with multi-threaded, strategic sales motions.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed quota in early-stage, ambiguous environments.
  • Experience selling fintech, SaaS platforms, or solutions into vertical industries (construction, field services, events, etc.) highly preferred.
  • Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset and excellent discovery skills.
  • Comfortable collaborating across departments and interfacing directly with founders, investors, and product teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot and a commitment to process discipline.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and team events as needed.
