Focus:

  • Oversee field operations related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) scopes from preconstruction to final commissioning.
  • Direct MEP coordination efforts between trades, foremen, vendors, and project stakeholders.
  • Implement and track short-term look-ahead schedules aligned with master project milestones.
  • Enforce rigorous safety protocols and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
  • Lead daily field meetings with subcontractors, ensuring alignment on scope, sequencing, and priorities.
  • Monitor quality control and verify systems are built to spec, code, and client expectations.
  • Provide leadership in identifying and resolving site-level MEP issues and construction challenges.
  • Guide subcontractor execution, labor deployment, and material delivery strategies.
  • Drive project close-out, including punch list coordination, system commissioning, and final documentation.

Skill Set:

  • 5+ years of field leadership in MEP or large-scale commercial/industrial construction environments.
  • Background in data center, cleanroom, or mission-critical construction preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including installation standards, phasing, and integration.
  • Proficient in project scheduling tools and field management software.
  • Ability to lead large crews, interface with client teams, and manage multiple workstreams.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
  • Willingness to travel to support national project portfolio.
