Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor site development and infrastructure including utilities, drainage, concrete work, and steel erection.
  • Evaluate MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), including UPS, generators, switchgear, PDUs, CRAH/CRAC units, and chillers.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and issue resolution for field discrepancies and non-conformance items.
  • Create and manage detailed QA/QC plans, checklists, and digital reporting dashboards.
  • Oversee trade partners and vendors to ensure adherence to QA/QC protocols and documentation standards.
  • Support integrated commissioning across all L1–L5 phases, participating in IST, SOO validation, and system energization.
  • Review installation and test documentation including PFCs, FPTs, and startup records.
  • Validate electrical and fiber testing (megger, IR scans, hydrostatic pressure testing, etc.).
  • Coordinate O&M manuals, warranties, and as-built documentation for final turnover.
  • Leverage platforms like Procore, Smartsheet, Bluebeam, and Cx Alloy to manage inspections and QA/QC workflows.
  • Identify and resolve safety risks in accordance with OSHA standards.
  • Lead meetings, communicate with ownership groups and general contractors, and contribute to high-performance project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of QA/QC or field engineering experience in large-scale, ground-up construction, ideally with data center or mission-critical facilities.
  • Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with a strong understanding of commissioning processes.
  • Strong understanding of construction documentation, IFC drawings, and permitting.
  • Proficiency in QA/QC documentation systems and project tracking software.
  • Ability to interpret test reports and lead closeout efforts with high attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.

Why Join Us:

  • Be a cornerstone of groundbreaking data center builds supporting next-generation digital infrastructure.
  • Work with a specialized team of technical experts committed to high standards and high impact.
  • Enjoy a role with strong visibility and leadership opportunities in a rapidly growing industry.
