Cable and Connectivity Sales Manager

Location: Remote – Nationwide

Position Summary:

We are seeking a high-performing Territory Sales Leader with expertise in drop cable and cable assembly solutions to drive new business and grow established accounts across the United States. This remote-based role requires someone with a deep understanding of broadband deployment trends, experience in managing key partnerships, and a hunter mentality to identify new opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue in drop cable and connectorized assemblies, aligned with company goals and territory targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with established accounts while actively identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  • Engage with customer segments including OEMs, distributors, enterprise, and military accounts.
  • Track market activity and funding-driven deployment trends to uncover new growth channels and stay ahead of competitive moves.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility using CRM tools.
  • Serve as a trusted product expert, addressing escalated customer issues and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop and present data-driven market analysis and performance summaries that drive sales strategy, informing leadership decisions
  • Uphold pricing strategy, compliance standards, and brand representation.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience specifically in drop cable and connectorized cable assembly products.
  • Proven track record of growing sales in technical, consultative environments.
  • Strong organizational and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to interpret market and customer data to drive sales initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel 50% or more as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • HS diploma or GED mandatory; Bachelor's degree a plus
