Sr. BA/PM

Location: Remote in Tampa, FL or St. Petersburg, FL

They are seeking a Sr. BA / PM to serve as a strategic partner throughout the customer implementation lifecycle, combining strong business analysis expertise with structured project leadership. What You Will Do

• Lead customer engagements from initial discovery through implementation, deployment, stabilization, and user adoption.
• Facilitate business discovery sessions to understand operational objectives, identify improvement opportunities, and define solution requirements.
• Analyze current business processes and develop future state workflows that improve efficiency and support organizational goals.
• Produce high quality project documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, workflow diagrams, user stories, decision logs, and implementation artifacts.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customer stakeholders and internal product, engineering, and customer success teams throughout project execution.
• Develop project plans, coordinate cross functional activities, monitor milestones, and maintain delivery momentum across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Manage project risks, scope changes, dependencies, and issue resolution while maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders.
• Coordinate testing activities, user acceptance, deployment planning, go live readiness, and post implementation support.Deliver user training, process documentation, and knowledge transfer materials that encourage successful platform adoption.
• Recommend process improvements that maximize customer value while contributing to stronger implementation standards and delivery best practices.

What We Are Looking For

• Five or more years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, enterprise software implementation, or a similar customer facing delivery role.
• Demonstrated success leading software implementation projects from discovery through production deployment.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and translating business needs into clear functional requirements and implementation plans.
• Strong knowledge of business process analysis, requirements gathering, workflow documentation, and solution design.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and documentation quality.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery environments.

Preferred Background

• Experience supporting procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, supplier management, or other operational business functions.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, or comparable business applications.
• Exposure to APIs, systems integrations, workflow automation, or AI enabled enterprise software.
• Experience using project collaboration platforms such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Consulting or customer facing implementation experience within a SaaS environment.
