Data Analyst/Data Engineer
Location: Remote – Open to candidates nationwide

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and model vast datasets generated by wireless and RF infrastructure, including mechanical, RF, and electrical signal data.
- Design and implement performance monitoring dashboards and metrics validation pipelines using Power BI and Python.
- Own SQL-based data retrieval and transformation processes across large-scale data lakes and streaming sources.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering support, reliability, and operations teams to define performance thresholds and increase system uptime.
- Build automated reporting systems for early detection of anomalies affecting network performance.
- Contribute to and maintain technical documentation and operational playbooks.
- Troubleshoot complex data or signal issues and provide hands-on support for technical and operational teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (EE, ME, or related) with additional coursework or concentration in Data Science, Statistics, or Applied Mathematics.
- 5+ years of experience using Power BI for data modeling, dashboard development, and stakeholder reporting.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience using Python for statistical analysis, scripting, and automation.
- 3+ years of experience in SQL with demonstrated proficiency in writing optimized queries for large datasets.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud-native tools (S3, Kinesis, Kinesis Analytics, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience working with telemetry or communications datasets.
- Exceptional communication and technical writing skills for cross-functional collaboration and procedural documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with RF system concepts such as signal strength, antenna types, or link budgets.
- Exposure to satellite communications, telecom, IoT networks, or other sensor-rich environments.
- Prior experience with automated testing or scripting for telemetry systems is a strong plus.
- Additional language skills beyond English are a bonus.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically or internationally when required.
