Revenue Operations & Sales Leader
Join a fast-scaling residential and commercial services company ready to grow from roughly $30 M to $45 M in annual revenue. You will own the full revenue engine - sales, marketing alignment, and process excellence - while working directly with the ownership team to unlock the next level of expansion.

Focus:
- Direct and coach sales managers and 35+ field reps; set goals, track performance, and drive accountability.
- Build and execute a data-driven revenue plan covering lead generation, pipeline health, forecasting, and CRM adoption.
- Partner with marketing to maximize digital campaigns, channel strategy, and brand consistency.
- Strengthen estimating, inspection, and customer-retention processes to improve win rates.
- Launch training programs that raise skill levels, retention, and culture across the sales organization.
- Identify new partnerships, community networks, and business-development opportunities to expand market share.
Skill Set:
- 10 + years leading multi-layer sales teams with P&L or revenue-ownership responsibility.
- Proven success scaling organizations past $20 M in revenue; expert in KPI dashboards and process rollout.
- Background in roofing, home services, solar, pest control, or other field/door-to-door sales models is highly valued.
- Strong executive presence, data-driven mindset, and the agility to pivot strategies as markets shift.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline preferred.
