Procurement Analyst
Location: On-site role in Phoenix, AZ.
Travel: Occasional travel to support vendor meetings or project site visits as needed.
A rapidly expanding, nationally recognized infrastructure investment and development firm is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Procurement Analyst to join their on-site team in the Phoenix metro area. In this role, you’ll be at the center of high-value procurement activities supporting next-generation data infrastructure, collaborating with leadership across engineering, development, and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate onboarding of new vendors, ensuring timely setup, compliance documentation, and internal alignment.
- Coordinate and execute RFI/RFP processes across active capital projects, managing timelines, vendor communications, and bid evaluations.
- Analyze and summarize vendor proposals, highlighting scope, risk, cost considerations, and commercial terms to support decision-making.
- Maintain real-time procurement trackers, ensuring accurate status updates on submittals, approvals, delivery timelines, and critical milestones.
- Monitor and escalate schedule or delivery risks, proposing mitigation strategies and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Assist with purchase order execution, including drafting order forms, processing change orders, and supporting procurement documentation.
- Support invoice workflows by resolving discrepancies, matching POs to receipts, and maintaining clear issue logs for unresolved items.
- Update and maintain procurement cost tracking tools to assist with financial forecasting, spend tracking, and cash flow timing.
- Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to provide concise, status-driven updates and document key decisions or action items.
What You Bring
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, construction management, finance, engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, filters, structured data tools).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Self-starter mindset with curiosity and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, construction operations, or vendor management.
- Familiarity with procurement, accounting, or ERP platforms such as Yardi, ACC, or others.
- Interest in data infrastructure, digital development, or large-scale construction projects.
