Executive Vice President – Hyperscale Sales & Market Expansion


An international real estate and digital infrastructure powerhouse is entering a high-growth phase in the U.S. data center market. Backed by significant capital and a robust global presence, the company is introducing a new wave of high-capacity, hyperscale-ready campuses across key metropolitan hubs. To drive this bold initiative, we are seeking a strategic sales leader to chart and command the U.S. market strategy from inception to scale.


This high-impact executive role is tailor-made for someone with deep industry relationships, a knack for structuring transformative deals, and the drive to lead a U.S. market expansion from the ground up.

Focus:

  • Architect and execute the U.S. go-to-market sales strategy targeting cloud hyperscalers and enterprise customers.
  • Cultivate anchor relationships to establish long-term revenue streams and regional credibility.
  • Leverage extensive industry relationships to position hyperscale campuses for maximum market impact.
  • Collaborate closely with development, engineering, legal, and finance teams to ensure technical alignment, deal velocity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from pipeline building through to complex contract negotiation and closing.
  • Represent the company at major conferences, private roundtables, and customer briefings to enhance visibility and strengthen networks.


Skill Set:

  • 15+ years of proven sales leadership experience in data centers, cloud infrastructure, or real estate platform environments.
  • Expertise in closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals with hyperscale cloud providers and global tech enterprises.
  • Track record of launching new market strategies or building sales organizations from scratch.
  • Strong understanding of technical requirements around powered land and turnkey hyperscale solutions.
  • Exceptional communicator and influencer, confident interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Familiarity with site selection, infrastructure development timelines, and utility-scale power provisioning is a plus.
