To drive this bold initiative, we are seeking a strategic sales leader to chart and command the U.S. market strategy from inception to scale.

- Leverage extensive industry relationships to position hyperscale campuses for maximum market impact.
- Collaborate closely with development, engineering, legal, and finance teams to ensure technical alignment, deal velocity, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive the full sales cycle from pipeline building through to complex contract negotiation and closing.
- Represent the company at major conferences, private roundtables, and customer briefings to enhance visibility and strengthen networks.
Skill Set:
- 15+ years of proven sales leadership experience in data centers, cloud infrastructure, or real estate platform environments.
- Expertise in closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals with hyperscale cloud providers and global tech enterprises.
- Track record of launching new market strategies or building sales organizations from scratch.
- Strong understanding of technical requirements around powered land and turnkey hyperscale solutions.
- Exceptional communicator and influencer, confident interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Familiarity with site selection, infrastructure development timelines, and utility-scale power provisioning is a plus.
