Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-voltage PCBA solutions for advanced control systems
- Create schematics and PCB layouts using industry-standard design tools
- Develop and integrate FPGA-based logic for control and safety functions
- Engineer circuits operating in high-voltage ranges, ensuring proper isolation and reliability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with systems and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration
- Support product development through prototyping, testing, and transition to production
- Apply best practices for EMI and EMC mitigation in sensitive electronic systems
- Ensure designs meet applicable safety and regulatory standards
Skill Set
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
- 5 or more years of experience in PCBA design, including high-voltage applications
- Strong experience with PCB design tools such as Altium or similar platforms
- Experience designing circuits in elevated voltage environments
- Familiarity with FPGA development and implementation concepts
- Knowledge of isolation techniques, safety considerations, and system reliability
- Understanding of EMI and EMC design principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Experience
- Background working in regulated or safety-critical industries
- Familiarity with structured design processes and documentation standards
- Experience with ruggedized hardware or harsh operating environments
- Exposure to scalable manufacturing and production processes
