SaaS Solutions Specialist – Procurement and Supply Chain
Location: On-Site / Mexico City – first 4-5 months remote while office assignment is finalized

To support their continued growth, they are seeking a SaaS Solutions Specialist to help build, integrate, and optimize platform-driven business applications that solve complex operational challenges.
This is a high-impact, growth-focused role with exceptional visibility across business and technical teams. You will begin the role working remotely for the first 4–5 months while office assignments are finalized, then transition into an on-site role based in Mexico City. Key Responsibilities:
- Rapidly become proficient in the platform’s architecture, tools, and design methodology.
- Build configurable business applications that are scalable, performant, and maintainable.
- Lead development of data-driven solutions using visual development frameworks and scripting logic.
- Integrate external systems including ERPs, procurement tools, and third-party APIs using REST, SOAP, or ETL pipelines.
- Standardize solution development through reusable components, templates, and automation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional platform solutions.
- Continuously improve existing solutions by conducting architecture reviews, performance analysis, and optimization.
Qualifications:
Core Solution Development & Architecture Skills
- Strong experience with low-code/no-code or configurable SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Appian, Alteryx, etc.)
- Ability to map business problems to modular, reusable, and scalable technical solutions
- Analytical problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for automation
- Self-starter comfortable managing solution lifecycles in a dynamic, iterative environment
Technical Integration & Data Skills
- Experience designing robust data models and defining entity relationships
- Hands-on experience with external system integration (REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, data pipelines)
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting for business logic enhancement
- Working knowledge of SQL and data manipulation best practices
- Understanding of access control and data security principles (e.g., RBAC, ABAC)
Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required):
- Exposure to procurement and supply chain processes (e.g., sourcing, supplier onboarding, logistics)
- Familiarity with enterprise software such as SAP Ariba, Oracle SCM, Coupa, or Workday
- Experience using BPMN or other workflow modeling tools
Education:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related analytical field
- Platform certifications (e.g., Appian Developer, Salesforce Administrator) are a plus
