Product Manager

This Product Manager role sits within the Sales organization and is responsible for driving strategy, pricing, and growth for a portfolio of electrical interconnect products.
The Product Manager acts as the bridge between engineering, sales, marketing, and customers—ensuring product development aligns with market demand while maximizing profitability and long-term product line growth.
This role is ideal for a product professional with experience managing industrial hardware product lines such as connectors, cable assemblies, or similar electrical components who enjoys working across both technical and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for assigned product lines
- Develop and manage pricing strategies to achieve margin and revenue goals
- Identify new product opportunities based on market demand and customer feedback
- Partner with engineering teams to define product requirements and support development initiatives
- Work closely with sales teams to support key opportunities and drive product adoption
- Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and customer needs to guide product direction
- Develop channel strategies with OEM and distribution partners
- Support marketing initiatives including product promotions, training materials, and product launches
- Monitor product performance including orders, margins, and inventory strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience in product management within industrial manufacturing or physical product environments
- Background in connectors, cable assemblies, electrical components, or related interconnect products strongly preferred
- Experience managing product pricing, margins, and product lifecycle performance
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, sales, and marketing teams
- Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills

- U.S. citizenship required to support security clearance eligibility
- Ability to travel up to 25%
