Sr Civil Infrastructure Team Lead

Location: Hybrid, West Palm Beach, FL

A growing professional services firm specializing in engineering and environmental solutions is seeking a Sr Civil Infrastructure Team Lead to oversee complex development efforts and support regional project initiatives. Focus

• Lead civil engineering design and permitting efforts for land development projects including commercial, residential, mixed use, institutional, and logistics facilities.
• Oversee full project lifecycle responsibilities including planning, engineering design, permitting coordination, and project delivery.
• Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams while ensuring project timelines, quality standards, and budgets are met.
• Provide technical leadership in site layout, grading, drainage, utility infrastructure, and erosion control planning.
• Direct stormwater management design, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, and stormwater documentation preparation.
• Collaborate with environmental and geotechnical professionals to integrate technical disciplines into comprehensive project solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional services and project growth.
• Support business development activities including proposal preparation, client presentations, and strategic partnership development.
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff while supporting team development and resource planning.

Skill Set

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
• Professional Engineer license required.
• 10 or more years of experience in civil engineering with strong focus on land development design and project delivery.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects from concept through permitting and construction coordination.
• Strong background in site design including grading, drainage systems, utilities, and erosion and sediment control.
• Experience with stormwater modeling, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, and stormwater compliance documentation.
• Working knowledge of common civil engineering design platforms (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) is a plus.
• Demonstrated success cultivating and managing client partnerships.
• Background creating project reports, written deliverables, and formal project submissions.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities paired with solid problem-solving and organizational capabilities
• Comfortable managing work independently while also contributing effectively within a team setting.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to attend occasional client meetings or project site visits.
