AI Solutions Architect – Enterprise Security

Location: Hybrid | Austin, TX

Become part of a top-tier security company pioneering the next era of cyber defense through deployable generative AI. As the inaugural AI Solutions Architect, you’ll play a key role in shaping how emerging AI innovations become useful capabilities for many users. Your work will steer model strategy, performance, and reliability across a global product platform while you collaborate with seasoned threat-hunting and engineering talent. Anticipate meaningful work, broad exposure, and plenty of room to explore new approaches.

What’s In It For You

  • Competitive base salary, bonus plan, and full benefits package.
  • Hybrid schedule that blends on-site collaboration with remote flexibility.
  • Meaningful input into long-term strategy and the chance to help guide how advanced AI capabilities take shape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate emerging AI research into practical capabilities that can be broadly delivered to customers.
  • Own the decision framework for model adaptation techniques (prompt engineering, PEFT/LoRA, supervised fine-tuning, RL-based methods) and select the right approach for each use case.
  • Design and deploy low-latency, high-throughput inference services using Triton, vLLM, CUDA, or similar GPU-accelerated stacks.
  • Set up automated checks and monitoring tools that continually evaluate models and flag any changes that could reduce their accuracy over time.
  • Collaborate with security experts to integrate anomaly-spotting capabilities and automated defensive actions into AI agents.
  • Document reusable blueprints for hybrid (cloud + on-prem) deployments and mentor engineers on best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Several years working on applied AI/ML efforts, including meaningful exposure to modern language-model workflows.
  • Hands-on expertise with at least one fine-tuning/adaptation toolkit (e.g., NeMo, LLaMA Factory, Hugging Face Transformers).
  • Proven experience optimizing GPU inference workloads (Triton, vLLM, CUDA, NCCL, PyTorch /XLA).
  • Skilled in using widely adopted programming languages and frameworks that support scalable, containerized systems.
  • Deep familiarity with making practical decisions across data, models, and infrastructure, with a history of supporting stable, economical AI outcomes.

Preferred / Bonus Points

  • Experience working with techniques that streamline model performance and reduce computational demands.
  • Experience using various frameworks designed to orchestrate complex, automated AI behaviors.
  • Knowledge of A2A or MCP protocols for multi-agent coordination.
  • Publications, patents, or conference talks on applied generative AI.
