Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with prospective clients, partners, and key stakeholders across the region, ensuring strong alignment with business development goals
- Research target organizations and identify key decision-makers, preparing detailed briefing materials to support leadership engagement
- Manage all meeting logistics including scheduling, confirmations, agendas, and follow-up communications
- Support relationship development with channel partners, consultants, and referral sources that influence purchasing decisions
- Assist with planning and execution of industry events, networking functions, and client-facing engagements
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists across multiple industries to support outreach and campaign efforts
- Conduct market research to track competitive positioning, service offerings, and emerging trends within the regional landscape
- Monitor business activity indicators such as hiring trends, real estate movement, and industry developments to identify new opportunities
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and client-facing materials, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and timely delivery
- Track active opportunities and support follow-up efforts to maintain momentum in the sales process
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information needed for customized solutions and proposals
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and administrative needs related to business development activities
- Draft professional communications on behalf of leadership, maintaining a high standard of quality and responsiveness
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales support, business development coordination, executive support, or a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with senior-level stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative without constant direction
- Strong research and analytical skills with an interest in market dynamics and competitive landscapes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and ability to learn CRM and sales tools quickly
- Professional presence and confidence working with executive leadership and external partners
