Job Title: MDU Infrastructure Sales Executive
Location: Cambridge, MA (Boston Metro Area) or Towson, MD (Baltimore Metro Area)

A rapidly growing connectivity infrastructure provider is expanding into new development markets and seeking an MDU Infrastructure Sales Executive to drive growth across the Boston or Baltimore metro areas.
This role focuses on building relationships with multifamily developers and property owners to bring building wide connectivity solutions to residential communities. The ideal candidate is a relationship driven hunter who thrives in white space markets and enjoys winning complex real estate infrastructure deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with multifamily developers, property owners, asset managers, and property management groups across the assigned territory
- Identify new development projects and existing residential communities that would benefit from building wide connectivity infrastructure
- Lead consultative sales discussions with real estate stakeholders and decision makers
- Navigate complex buying groups including developers, ownership groups, and property operations teams
- Generate pipeline through networking, industry relationships, and targeted outreach
- Collaborate with engineering and deployment teams to design tailored connectivity solutions
- Present proposals and close new building infrastructure agreements
- Represent the company at regional real estate and development industry events
Required Background
- Experience selling technology, infrastructure, or connectivity solutions into the multifamily real estate sector
- Established relationships with developers, ownership groups, property managers, or real estate consultants within the local market
- Proven track record of prospecting and closing complex B2B sales opportunities
- Ability to communicate technical solutions to both technical and non technical stakeholders
- Self directed sales professional comfortable operating in a highly autonomous environment
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling building wide internet, managed WiFi, telecommunications infrastructure, or related property technology solutions
- Background working with cable community divisions, managed network providers, or building technology integrators
- Experience selling into adjacent property technology categories such as smart building systems, security systems, access control, or building IT services
- Familiarity with the multifamily development lifecycle and real estate decision makers
