Account Manager
Location: Hybrid in Tacoma, WA

As part of their expansion, they are hiring an Account Manager to help drive customer growth and success across stormwater system maintenance programs.
This is a hybrid role based near Puyallup, WA, with a structured training program and a clear path for advancement. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, expanding client relationships through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new service opportunities.
- Execute a primarily inside sales strategy leveraging CRM tools, email, and phone, with periodic attendance at networking events and trade shows.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and tailoring customized compliance solutions.
- Respond to inbound client inquiries and follow up with qualified leads.
- Continuously improve sales performance by setting goals, tracking progress, and collaborating with team members.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and pipeline data within CRM systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- High emotional intelligence and a consultative, problem-solving sales style.
- Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable working within evolving systems and processes.
- Naturally organized and driven, with a desire to contribute to both company growth and environmental stewardship.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or property management is helpful but not required. Top performers often come from outside the industry.
- Clear and effective communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: Competitive base salary with potential six figure year 1 earnings through performance-based commissions.
- Hybrid Schedule: Full-time on-site for onboarding; transitions to 3 days in-office (standard Tues/Thurs) and 2 days remote
