People Operations Partner
Hybrid in Miramar, FL
Our client is looking for a people focused HR professional who can help strengthen day to day employee support while keeping hiring, onboarding, compliance, and HR operations moving smoothly. This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role with broad ownership, working across recruiting, employee experience, core HR processes, and operational support in a fast-moving business. Focus
- Support recruiting activity from job posting through interview coordination, candidate communication, pre-employment steps, and offer stage administration
- Guide onboarding activities, new hire paperwork, orientation support, system updates, and employee record accuracy
- Act as a go to resource for employee questions related to policies, benefits, leave, and general HR procedures
- Partner with managers on employee relations matters, documentation, workplace concerns, and practical people guidance
- Assist with benefits administration, enrollment updates, employee communications, and routine issue resolution
- Help maintain compliance with applicable employment laws, internal policies, and company standards
- Support payroll related inputs, employee changes, timekeeping follow up, and other core HR administrative processes
- Contribute to training coordination, employee engagement efforts, and internal communication initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve HR workflows, documentation practices, and overall operational efficiency
Skill Set
- 3 to 5 years of human resources experience, ideally in consumer goods, manufacturing, distribution, retail, or another fast paced operating environment
- Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and HR operations
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication, organization, problem solving, confidentiality, and multitasking skills
- Comfort working with both corporate and frontline employee populations
- A practical, service minded approach with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
