Director of Operations
A privately held energy-services leader is scaling a high-growth power generation division. Reporting to the executive team, the Director of Operations will own full P&L, unite sales and technical teams, and turn a robust pipeline into predictable, profitable revenue.

What You’ll Do
- Own division P&L, revenue targets, margin, and process excellence
- Build and coach a cross-functional team spanning sales, field service, and engineering
- Drive sales strategy, pipeline metrics, and forecast accuracy
- Standardize project delivery from bid through installation and long-term service
- Forge OEM and channel partnerships to expand market reach.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years leadership with direct P&L control in technical services or capital equipment
- Mastery of sales-cycle architecture, pipeline development, and funnel math
- Proven record of aligning sales, operations, and engineering to hit aggressive growth goals
- Ownership mindset, data-driven decision making, and strong communication skills
