Account Executive | Manufacturing

Location: Montreal, Quebec (Greater Area)


A rapidly growing AI technology company is seeking a driven and highly skilled Account Executive to help manufacturers unlock the potential of intelligent automation through advanced visual inspection and operational analytics. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle sales process, from prospecting to contract close.
  • Conduct discovery with plant-level stakeholders in operations, quality, and engineering.
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations and customer consultations.
  • Translate technical capabilities into real-world manufacturing outcomes.
  • Guide buyers through multi-departmental evaluations, aligning value across teams.
  • Build and manage a strong, forecastable pipeline through disciplined outreach.
  • Travel to customer sites across North America to understand production lines and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal product and technical teams for seamless execution.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying B2B sales role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial technology.
  • Demonstrated success selling technical, SaaS-based, or hardware-integrated solutions.
  • Experience engaging with manufacturing environments and frontline teams.
  • Comfortable leading technical conversations without a dedicated solutions engineer.
  • Excellent communication, discovery, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to exceed quota and drive net-new business in complex accounts.

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in manufacturing tech, industrial automation, computer vision, or AI solutions.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence across multiple buyer personas.
  • Technical aptitude or education that supports self-sufficiency in demos and implementation conversations.

  • Competitive base salary with 50/50 commission structure.
