Location: Remote, United States

Travel: Approximately 25% – 40% for client meetings and project engagement


A rapidly growing national provider of advanced wireless infrastructure solutions is seeking a high-impact Sales Manager to lead expansion within its Distributed Antenna Systems portfolio. What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy focused on enterprise clients across key verticals, driving both new business acquisition and account expansion
  • Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through close, including RFP and proposal development for large-scale wireless infrastructure opportunities
  • Build and maintain a healthy, high-quality pipeline with clear next steps, ensuring consistent revenue growth and deal progression
  • Coach and mentor sales team members to improve performance, with a focus on advancing live deals and increasing close rates
  • Take ownership of high-value opportunities, actively guiding late-stage deal strategy to remove obstacles and accelerate outcomes
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and finance teams to deliver tailored solutions and seamless execution
  • Establish strong relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and key stakeholders to support long-term business growth
  • Own forecasting accuracy and commercial strategy, including pricing and contract negotiations, while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets


What You Bring

  • 5 or more years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, managing complex solution-based sales cycles
  • 2 or more years of leadership experience, either managing teams or acting as a senior sales leader in high-value deal environments
  • Strong background in DAS, in-building wireless, small cell, or related telecom infrastructure solutions
  • Proven success selling into large, multi-site or Fortune-level organizations
  • Experience managing long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers and technical stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage executive-level audiences
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and disciplined forecasting practices

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with wireless infrastructure design concepts and deployment environments
  • Exposure to private wireless networks, CBRS, or advanced connectivity solutions
  • Background working alongside carriers, system integrators, or enterprise-level real estate partners
