Project Manager – Tower Leasing Operations
Location: Remote, United States (Nationwide)
Compensation: Competitive base salary with up to 15% annual bonus eligibility (commission override on team performance).

A rapidly scaling national infrastructure advisory firm is looking to bring on a highly motivated Project Manager to lead day-to-day operations for strategic telecom leasing programs. This position sits at the intersection of team leadership, client engagement, and process execution - driving results across high-volume, performance-based leasing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of 4–8 Lease Consultants (LCs), enabling them to reach and exceed individual and program-level quotas for lease extensions, easements, rent reductions, and site acquisition transactions.
- Act as a sales team leader and advisor - helping team members strategize on deal structures, overcome landlord objections, and maximize production in a success-fee compensation model.
- Support LCs with negotiations, transactional progress tracking, and real-time deal coaching. Identify process bottlenecks and proactively remove blockers to success.
- Serve as a liaison between field teams and program executives to deliver on strategic KPIs, client expectations, and monthly/quarterly performance reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates to internal and external databases. Monitor key metrics such as originations, executed agreements, and closings.
- Assist with due diligence and administrative follow-through on client engagements.
- Attend regular virtual client meetings, internal syncs, and stakeholder briefings. Travel may be requested on occasion.
Candidate Profile:
- 3+ years of experience in telecom/tower leasing, network real estate, or site acquisition program management. Must have direct experience in wireless infrastructure environments.
- Prior success managing or mentoring leasing teams, site acquisition teams, or telecom field consultants (e.g., Sales Manager, Regional Leasing Manager, Team Lead, Project Lead).
- Deep familiarity with lease terms, real estate negotiations, and managing complex landlord relationships.
- Track record of exceeding performance expectations in sales-driven roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and video conferencing platforms like MS Teams.
- Highly organized, responsive, and effective in high-volume, remote-first work environments.
