Head of Marketing & Growth Infrastructure

A high growth technology company is building momentum in a complex B2B market and is ready for a senior marketing leader who can turn ambition into infrastructure. This is a rare chance to shape how a category is defined, how a brand earns credibility, and how marketing becomes a true growth engine. The right leader will bring strategic vision, operational rigor, and strong storytelling instincts to help the business scale with clarity, consistency, and measurable impact.
What You Will Do
- Lead the next phase of the companys marketing function, guiding strategy, team development, and execution across brand, content, systems, and go to market support.
- Architect and optimize the marketing technology ecosystem, workflows, and reporting foundation so the business can scale with stronger visibility, cleaner data, and better alignment across revenue teams.
- Inherit and elevate an existing marketing team, creating structure, accountability, and coaching while preserving agility in a fast moving environment.
- Refine market positioning and messaging for sophisticated technology solutions sold into industrial, manufacturing, and other complex enterprise settings.
- Build a high value content engine that supports brand awareness, executive visibility, product storytelling, and sales effectiveness.
- Partner closely with commercial leadership to strengthen funnel design, sales enablement, campaign execution, and feedback loops between marketing and the field.
- Introduce new tools, automation, and process improvements that improve efficiency and prepare the organization for future growth initiatives.
- Support product launches, strategic announcements, and high priority market moments with clear messaging and polished execution.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within AI, SaaS, deep tech, industrial, manufacturing, or similarly technical sectors.
- Proven success building and scaling a marketing technology stack and marketing operations function from the ground up.
- Experience marketing complex offerings to industrial or manufacturing buyers, with a solid understanding of longer enterprise buying cycles and credibility based selling.
- Strong leadership experience managing, developing, and growing teams, including stepping into an existing function and improving performance over time.
- Startup or scale up experience, with the ability to create structure, process, and momentum in ambiguous environments.
- Strong content development, positioning, and brand building capabilities, especially for technical solutions that require clear, compelling narratives.
- Hands on familiarity with marketing operations, CRM, automation platforms, campaign workflows, and performance reporting.
- A practical, execution oriented mindset with the judgment to balance strategic priorities and day to day delivery.
