Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead growth initiatives across commercial HVAC and refrigeration verticals.
  • Own end-to-end customer relationships from initial pursuit through service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope jobs, develop pricing strategies, and manage subcontractor relationships.
  • Oversee manpower planning, integrating both internal technicians and external partners to ensure optimal job execution.
  • Monitor service performance metrics including job costing, margins, and operational KPIs.
  • Partner with senior leadership on go-to-market strategies and regional expansion efforts.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven background in commercial HVAC or refrigeration service operations.
  • Demonstrated success in both business development and operational leadership.
  • Deep understanding of service economics and execution workflows.
  • Experience managing or directly influencing a revenue stream or operational P&L.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong network of subcontractor and labor resources across Florida or the Southeast.
  • Portfolio experience in sectors such as restaurant, retail, or healthcare facilities.
  • Builder mindset, focused on long-term growth and team development rather than title alone.
